Onyia Chidera Okechukwu (born 15th June, 1998) known professionally as Mr. Cedar is a fast rising Nigerian Rapper, Singer and Songwriter. Born to a Christian Family in Enugu State. Mr Cedar grew up singing and rapping while in secondary school. He attained his primary, secondary and tertiary education in Enugu State. Music started at a very tender age for him instilling a passion which he never gave up on, a passion which was also evident at the University of Nigeria Nsukka where he studied Microbiology, oftentimes showcasing and winning the recognition of his colleagues with his Rapping skills. Currently Signed to Ghetto Skool Music Entertainment, Mr Cedar is fast becoming a force to reckon with in the industry, a fact reinforced by his latest hit and first official single “Nneka” which Features Bravvo Beby, it is safe to say CEDAR is here to stay and ready to take the world by storm.
